Eligibility check and document collection
MTZ confirms your child meets the 60% FSc and 50% MDCAT bars, then collects the Matric and FSc marksheets and certificates, passport, photographs, physical examination form and police character certificate.
Step 2
Register and plan the CSCA exam (mandatory, before other steps proceed)
This step is mandatory and is resolved before the application proceeds. Because Yangtze University requires the CSCA exam in Year 1, MTZ helps your child register for CSCA through the official portal at csca.cn and plans the sitting date early, so CSCA and HSK-4 can both be cleared inside the first academic year. Your child’s place in the medicine years depends on passing this exam, so it is settled at the outset, not left to the end.

Age Limit
Yangtze University accepts MBBS applicants aged 17 to 25 years. MTZ checks your child’s date of birth against this range before applying, so an age issue is caught early, not after fees are paid.
Application Deadline
The application deadline for the September intake is 23 June, and it may be extended, so it should never be relied on as guaranteed open. The intake also closes once seats fill. A late file risks missing the intake altogether. MTZ lodges complete applications early to protect your child’s place.
Document Quality
Missing MoFA attestation or apostille on the academic documents, police character certificate or FRC delays or derails the visa. MTZ checks every document before submission so a paperwork gap does not cost your child the intake.
PMDC List Changes

No fixed PKR cost is promised, because the CNY to PKR rate moves across a six-year degree and only the CNY figures are set by the university.

Scholarships are never assured. Any Yangtze University merit award is the university’s independent decision, not an MTZ promise.

Yangtze University is a public provincial university formed in 2003 from the merger of four Jingzhou institutions, with a medical teaching heritage going back to 1951. The City, Jingzhou, Hubei
Jingzhou is a historic city on the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, a cradle of Chu culture with more than two thousand years of recorded history and the well-known Jingzhou Ancient City wall at its centre. The city is mid-sized by Chinese standards, calmer and lower in cost than Wuhan or the tier-1 cities, which suits a family settling a child in for a six-year degree.
For Pakistani families the practical points are climate, transport and pace. The climate is humid subtropical in the mild to moderate band: hot humid summers and cool damp winters, so your child packs light cottons for summer and a warm coat for winter. Transport runs on city buses, DiDi and taxis, and Jingzhou railway station connects to Wuhan in about two hours and onward across the national high-speed network, with Wuhan Tianhe International Airport the main long-haul gateway for flights to and from Pakistan. “There is no CSCA exam at Yangtze, you go straight into medicine”
